CIA OSWALD LINK — NEW JULY 2025

Overview

This dossier tracks the 2025 declassification process — what was released, what was confirmed, and what remains unresolved. The assassination of President Kennedy on November 22, 1963 is historical fact. This dossier concerns the documentary record and what the 2025 releases added to the public record.

Editorial Baseline The Warren Commission (1964) concluded Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President Kennedy. The House Select Committee on Assassinations (1979) concluded there was a "probable conspiracy" based on acoustic evidence — a finding later disputed. The 2025 document releases have not, according to historians and official statements, overturned the Warren Commission's core finding. Claims beyond what official bodies have concluded are labeled as such throughout this dossier.
